I was a stay at home mom and housewife for 25 years and when faced with divorce, I knew I needed to do something (and getting a job seemed...well...boring). I kicked my mobile home investing into high gear and haven't looked back.

I love how accessible this over-looked, under-served real estate niche is for most people, but most importantly how lucrative it is!
